Customer Focus

Our customers are at the core of our business with strong referrals helping us to grow over the years. Throughout the year we take the time to meet with you, get to know you, and understand your priorities. Our support teams are there to resolve issues and our management systems are there to keep you informed of progress.


Over the years we have built many long standing relationships both with our clients and our suppliers. Our suppliers enjoy working with us as our work instructions are clear, and because our turnaround from invoicing to payment is less than one week. We welcome suppliers chosen by our clients who meet our vetting criteria, and we don’t charge a fee to be on our approved suppliers list.


We don’t expect our clients to be experts in leasehold property, or in running a limited company. We treat Directors and leaseholders with respect, and there are no issues too small and there are no stupid questions. We value and promote diversity and equality and actively look to work with others that share this philosophy.


We accept that in managing your property we have responsibilities to you and your leaseholders. We take pride in delivering on these responsibilities, particularly when it comes to health & safety, and always look to provide the best service we can.

Continuous Improvement

We actively ask for feedback from our clients to help us understand where we can improve.

We are members of Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and we conduct regular Continuous Professional Development training to stay up to date with changing regulations. We also encourage our staff to attend professional seminars to share best practices.
