During 2020 all our Leaseholders are being set-up on our Leaseholder Portal. You will receive a PMMS email with a Link, or letter with your unique Access Code. You simply register your account
Once registered you canusing your email and password to get the full benefits of the Leaseholder Portal.
The Leaseholder Portal gives you, our Leaseholders, online access to key information and tools relating to the running of your property. The key sections of the Leaseholder Portal are:
In this section, you can see PMMS contact details, ‘what to do in case of emergency’ message and other key messages.
This gives you online access to your service charge and ground rent accounts.
You can see tickets raised by you or by others as a block message. You can also make comments against these posts, see the agents messages and see the progress of ticket(s) raised.
Report a Problem
This gives you a facility to submit issues related to the communal areas of your block.
Leaseholders can view insurance policies, service charge accounts, house rules, AGM minutes and other similar documents that your Board or Freeholder chooses to publish.
In Settings (below the profile icon), you can manage your preferences, for example, request email receipts whenever payments are made, email service charge demands, obtain email updates regarding works etc.
If you or your fellow Leaseholders choose to share your contact details (option in your Profile), then these details will be listed under Directory.
